The Cattolica ON AIR TOUR AGENTI 2018 is under way. First stop: Turin
The roadshow dedicated to Cattolica agents in Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta began today in Turin.
Led by the Director of Distribution and Marketing, Marco Lamola, videos shown were contributed by the General Manager, Carlo Ferraresi, and the Deputy General Manager and Director of Non-Auto Insurance, Nazareno Cerni. It was an opportunity to illustrate, in detail, the business activities in the 2018-2020 Business Plan and the related initiatives for involving the network.
Special emphasis was placed on product innovation and agent training: a total of 30,000 hours will be provided to the Cattolica distribution network throughout the Plan period. During the presentation, the Piedmont-Liguria and Valle D'Aosta commercial area in the North Italy sales district was indicated as the Group's best practice for New Production of Periodic Life Premiums, with a performance of almost 70% higher than the area target.
In line with the drive toward technological innovation envisaged in the Cattolica Business Plan, the "We Are Digital 2018" contest was also introduced. Thanks to this initiative, the agencies with the best adoption of digital tools will be rewarded through a bonus programme.
