Cattolica at the Expo: "Not just bread"

Unique sponsor in the Holy See pavilion. Attendance and initiatives in the Tree of Life and in the "Wine, a taste of Italy" pavilion

Cattolica has chosen to stand next to the Holy See at the Milan Expo which, in its evocative pavilion, faces the great problem of nutrition and sustainability of the planet in the inspiration of the Christian vision of the world. In the pavilion jointly managed by the Pontifical Council for Culture, the Italian Episcopal Conference and the Diocese of Milan, the contribution of Cattolica, the only sponsor, has made possible the exhibition of two great works by Tintoretto and Rubens dedicated to the Last Supper.

Not just bread"

Not just bread. This is the evangelical and biblical message of the pavilion. A message that stands out in the image of Pope Francis on the magnet that will be given to all visitors who will also receive Cattolica's invitation to send to a site created for the occasion, , their own reflections on the proposed theme. The most significant contributions will be published in a volume that will be presented and published in November at the Social Doctrine Festival.

This will not be the only presence of Cattolica at the Expo. In partnership with Coldiretti, giving life to the commitment made with Fata, the Cattolica brand will be visible in the messages of the Tree of Life, the symbol of the great Milanese event that will attract millions of people from all over the world.

Finally, thanks to an agreement with Vinitaly, in the “Wine, a taste of Italy” pavilion Cattolica will bring its entire sales network to the Expo in over 20 meetings, each one dedicated to the resources of an Italian region and in general to the extraordinary qualities of that made in Italy of which our Group feels interpreter and promoter.
