Tua Assicurazioni turns 15
Tua Assicurazioni, the company born of the Cattolica Group’s idea to experiment with a flexible company that could also efficiently manage small-to-medium business, is celebrating 15 years of activity. To mark the success, on 4 and 5 June, the company’s 600 employees and agents gathered at the Marriott Hotel in Rome for a two-day convention. The event was attended by CEO of Tua, Marco Cardinaletti, CEO of Cattolica, Alberto Minali, and the Chairperson of the Cattolica Group, Paolo Bedoni. It was an opportunity to reminisce about the company’s history and showcase its unique personalities, who, from its very beginnings, allowed it to develop.
“We are celebrating the anniversary of a company with steady, healthy growth, as shown by the financial results even in the first quarter of the year,” underscored Marco Cardinaletti during the convention’s opening. “From its foundation, Tua has stood out on the market for several values that are and will continue to be part of its DNA. Those include efficient recruiting management, its proximal service to the agencies guaranteed by dedicated organisational structures, and a flexible company structure with a short chain of command so as to speed up decision-making processes. It is up to us all – management, employees, and agents – to work each day to leverage these unique characteristics. If they do not go to waste they will become an opportunity at the end of 2018 to nearly triple the 2010 premiums and the Company’s economic results, making it stronger and more stable in the future.”
