Equal treatment of men and women in the access to insurance services - Article 9 of ISVAP (Italian Institute for the Supervision of Insurance) Regulation n. 30/2009

In accordance with the provisions of the European Directive against sex discrimination (Directive 2004/113/CE) and according to the communications of the European Court of Justice in the “Test-Achats” case, the company does not change premiums in relation to the sex of the policyholder, except in the event of collective policies signed by an employer when fulfilling an obligation deriving from a contract or collective employment agreement.

These specific cases permitted by law may refer to contracts/agreements made at the time of the motion.
