    Born in Verona in 1955, since 2006 he is Chairman of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Parent Company. He is also a Director (since 1999) and member of the Executive Committee (since 2001). He is Chairman of the Fondazione Cattolica Assicurazioni since 2011 and of TUA Assicurazioni (a Cattolica Group company) since 2018. He is also a member of the Governing Council of Ania and Vice President of UECOOP. He is Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Verona and member of the Steering Committee of Fondazione Arena. Since 1991 to 2007 he had been Chairman of Coldiretti Provincial Council of Verona, then Chairman of Coldiretti Regional Federation of Veneto (1994-1998) and Chairman of Coldiretti National Council since 1997 to 2006. He had been member of CNEL (Economics and Labour National Council) and Vice President of COPA (Professional Agricultural Organisations Committee). He had been official member of the Italian government delegation, in missions abroad, during WTO agreements. He is Knight of french Order of Mérite Agricole for services rendered to Agriculture and its development in Europe. He is Commendatore of the Vatican Order of San Gregorio Magno and Commendatore of the Merit Order of Italian Republic.

    Born in Milan in 1962, he graduated with a Law degree and supplemented his studies with a specialization in Executive Management earned at the London Business School. He has been at Cattolica since March 2015, in the position of Director Responsible for the Life and Social Security Department for three years, before being appointed Audit Director in April 2018. Previously he worked in the Helvetia Insurance Group as Chief Executive Office and General Manager of the Helvetia Vita and Chiara Vita Companies. Until June 2008 he worked in the Allianz Group, where he spend almost 18 years, most of that at the RAS subsidiary, which he joined in 1991, holding various positions, both in Italy and abroad. Having completed his University studies and up to 1991 he spent two year in the Claims Department of the Italian Branch of the Zurich Group.

    Born in Ferrara in 1966, Carlo Ferraresi has been General Manager in Cattolica for Markets and Distribution Channels since 1 July 2017. He graduated with honours in Political Sciences from the University of Padua at the age of 23 before working as a marine underwriter for the Assicurazioni Generali in London and completing an MBA at the SDA Bocconi in Milan. Back at Generali in Trieste, he is involved in the coordination of the Administration and Finance office. He managed risk financing in the Marsh Group, then consultancy and financial advisory services for the main Italian insurance and banking groups as Senior Director in Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He was Senior Banker in ABN Amro and Managing Director in Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank. He was Board Director for Intermonte SIM. From 2012 to 2017 he was CFO, Investor Relations Officer and Head of M&A and Shares for the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group, then Vice General Manager for Cattolica as of 2014. He is Chairman of Cattolica Immobiliare, Vice Chairman of Cattolica Services and a member of the Board of Directors of H-Farm.

    Born in Pontedera in 1967, Marconcini grated in Political Sciences, specialising in Marketing and Communication. He worked as a teacher and university lecturer, before undertaking the role of consultant and Director in the field of Organisation and Human Resources within national and internation companies, holding positions of increasing prestige and responsibility. During his career, he has worked on change management and corporate reorganisation projects, finalising sustainable transformations over time. At Cattolica, since March 2015, he has held the position of Group Organisation and Resources Director.

    Born in Lecco in 1976, she graduated with honours in Literature and Philosophy from the Catholic University of Milan and pursued a Master’s degree in Communication, Information and Media Relations at the Graduate School of Public Administration (now the National Administration School) in Rome. She gained professional experience in the field of political and institutional communication in governmental and parliamentary institutions including the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the Senate of the Republic and the Office of the Prime Italian Minister. She was head of communication and press office at the ANIE Federation, primary association of the Confindustria companies, during which she oversaw the events and participation at Expo Milano 2015. She joined the Cattolica group as head of media relations in January 2018.

    Born in Verona in 1969, he has a degree in Business Management from Bocconi University. He began his career at Generali, as Risk Underwriter at the Birmingham Branch of the Trieste Group. Afterwards he worked as Equity Analyst at leading economic and financial organizations such as Metzler Capital Market, Caboto (Banca Intesa), Kepler Equities, Unicredit and Deutsche Bank and at the Unipol Planning and Audit Office. From 2012 to 2016 he was in charge of Strategic Planning and Group Audit of Generali and from 2016 to 2017 he was responsible, in addition to strategic planning and audit, also for the Group Balance Sheet. Since September 2017 he has been Financial Director of Cattolica Assicurazioni and Deputy General Manager of Strategic Planning and Audit, Administration and Balance Sheet of the Group.

    Born in Canosa di Puglia in 1976, he graduated cum laude in Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan, where he was subsequently a research fellow and short-term lecturer. In 2014 he earned an Executive MBA cum laude at the ESMT of Berlin. Doctor di Tria began his professional career in 2022 as Quantitative Analyst in Fineco Asset Management and then joined the Allianz Insurance Group in 2003 holding various positions until he became Chief Investment Manager & Head of Financial Engineering for the Italian legal entity. In 2013 he transferred to the parent company in Munich where he had managerial responsibilities for Allianz Investment Management and Allianz Reinsurance and in 2015 he was named Deputy Global Head of Asset-Liability Management and Strategic Asset Allocation of the company. Starting in March 2018, he has been the Chief Investment Officer of the Cattolica Group.

    Born in Udine in 1962, he graduated cum laude in Economics from the University of Trieste. He has been General Manager of Cattolica, in charge of the Technical and Operations Area, since 2 May 2018. He began his career in 1988 at Generali where he remained until 2017. After a few years abroad, in 1996 he returned to Trieste taking the position of Group Insurance Operations Area Manager, leading the Group’s activity in the United Kingdom, the EEC region and in Asia. From 2002 to 2007 he was the Central Director Responsible for the foreign insurance business of Generali and, from 2007 to 2012, Deputy General Manager, including among his responsibilities also reinsurance. Since 2013 he has been in charge of the core insurance and reinsurance business of Generali becoming part, in 2016, of the Group Management Committee as Group Chief Insurance Officer.

      Born in Verbania in 1967, he graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia and completed his studies and the University of Leuven. In 1997 he earned an MBA at the ESSEC of Paris. Dr Cerni began his professional career in the Generali Group in 1992, holding positions of increasing prestige in the subsidiaries Generali France, Generali UK and Generali Italia and, starting in 2003, in the Trieste holding company where, until 2006, he also held the position of Board Director for Generali France, Generali Netherlands, Generali Hellas, Generali Belgium, Generali International, Generali Pan Europea, Generali Sigorta and Maghreb. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2017 he was Director of Non Motor Damages of UnipolSai and Chief Executive Office of Siat. Starting in July 2017m he has been Deputy General Manager and Director of Non Motor Damages of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group He is currently a member of the BoD of R.I.N.A. (Italian Naval Registry).
