Born in Verona in 1955, since 2006 he is Chairman of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Parent Company. He is also a Director (since 1999) and member of the Executive Committee (since 2001). He is Chairman of the Fondazione Cattolica Assicurazioni since 2011 and of TUA Assicurazioni (a Cattolica Group company) since 2018. He is also a member of the Governing Council of Ania and Vice President of UECOOP. He is Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Verona and member of the Steering Committee of Fondazione Arena. Since 1991 to 2007 he had been Chairman of Coldiretti Provincial Council of Verona, then Chairman of Coldiretti Regional Federation of Veneto (1994-1998) and Chairman of Coldiretti National Council since 1997 to 2006. He had been member of CNEL (Economics and Labour National Council) and Vice President of COPA (Professional Agricultural Organisations Committee). He had been official member of the Italian government delegation, in missions abroad, during WTO agreements. He is Knight of french Order of Mérite Agricole for services rendered to Agriculture and its development in Europe. He is Commendatore of the Vatican Order of San Gregorio Magno and Commendatore of the Merit Order of Italian Republic.

Born in Milan in 1966, married, with two daughters. Since February 2019, he has been Head of the Actuarial Function at Cattolica Assicurazioni Group. He graduated in Physics and then in Actuarial Sciences for which he is a Member of the Order of Actuaries. Prior to joining Cattolica he was Chief Actuary at Aviva and Head of Actuarial Reporting at Allianz. He has also been involved in issues related to the implementation of Solvency II and IFRS 17 processes and systems within the company and effective communication of business results.

Born in Milan in 1962, he graduated with a Law degree and supplemented his studies with a specialization in Executive Management earned at the London Business School. He has been at Cattolica since March 2015, in the position of Director Responsible for the Life and Social Security Department for three years, before being appointed Audit Director in April 2018. Previously he worked in the Helvetia Insurance Group as Chief Executive Office and General Manager of the Helvetia Vita and Chiara Vita Companies. Until June 2008 he worked in the Allianz Group, where he spend almost 18 years, most of that at the RAS subsidiary, which he joined in 1991, holding various positions, both in Italy and abroad. Having completed his University studies and up to 1991 he spent two year in the Claims Department of the Italian Branch of the Zurich Group.

Born in Verona in 1986, he graduated in Quantitative Methods for Finance from the University of Verona. He has grown his career within the Cattolica Group, starting as a risk management specialist, with expertise mainly in the financial field, then taking on more and more responsibility.
Since May 2017, he has been Head of the Group Risk Management Function.

Born in Milan in 1968. Barbara Cecchinato has developed her career within the Cattolica Group, which she joined in 1997. She initially worked in the Members’ Service and as an assistant to General Management. From 2000 to 2007 she was a specialist in the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department. From 2007 to 2010 she held the role of Head of the Corporate Affairs Service, and from 2010 to July 2016 she was Head of the Group Corporate Secretariat, also serving as Secretary to the Board for the subsidiaries. Since July 2016, she has been Group Chief AML Officer.

Born in Ferrara in 1966, Carlo Ferraresi was appointed CEO on August 4,2020. He has been General Manager in Cattolica since 1 July 2017 and from 31 October 2019 he has all the CEO powers. He graduated with honours in Political Sciences from the University of Padua at the age of 23 before working as a marine underwriter for the Assicurazioni Generali in London and completing an MBA at the SDA Bocconi in Milan. Back at Generali in Trieste, he is involved in the coordination of the Administration and Finance office. He managed risk financing in the Marsh Group, then consultancy and financial advisory services for the main Italian insurance and banking groups as Senior Director in Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He was Senior Banker in ABN Amro and Managing Director in Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank. He was Board Director for Intermonte SIM. From 2012 to 2017 he was CFO, Investor Relations Officer and Head of M&A and Shares for the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group, then Vice General Manager for Cattolica as of 2014. From April 2014 to May 2020 he was a member of the Board of Directors of H-Farm. He is Chairman of Cattolica Immobiliare and Chairman of Cattolica Services.

Born in Bordighera in 1982, Carlalberto Crippa graduated in Management Engineering with a specialisation in Management and Business Management from the Politecnico di Milano. From 2006 to 2017, he gained professional experience as a business strategy consultant, achieving executive positions in international companies (Capgemini Consulting and Accenture). During his consulting career, he managed business innovation and digital transformation programmes for leading insurance and bancassurance players in Italy and abroad. He joined Cattolica in December 2017. Since then, he has been responsible for Business Development & Partnership, aiming to develop the Group's digital multi-channel model and strategic partnerships in new business areas. Since April 2019, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of IMA Italia Assistance and IMA Servizi.

Born in Verona in 1982, he holds a Master’s degree in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control from Bocconi University. He began his professional career at Deloitte’s Milan office as an auditor. In 2006, he became a Senior Analyst at Tamburi Investment Partners, gaining significant experience in both direct investment and advisory services in the M&A and corporate finance areas. He joined the Cattolica Group in 2009 as Investment Manager, becoming CEO Business Assistant in 2017. Since January 2019, he has been Head of M&A and Equity Investments at the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group.

Born in Canosa di Puglia in 1976, he graduated cum laude in Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan, where he was subsequently a research fellow and short-term lecturer. In 2014 he earned an Executive MBA cum laude at the ESMT of Berlin. Doctor di Tria began his professional career in 2022 as Quantitative Analyst in Fineco Asset Management and then joined the Allianz Insurance Group in 2003 holding various positions until he became Chief Investment Manager & Head of Financial Engineering for the Italian legal entity. In 2013 he transferred to the parent company in Munich where he had managerial responsibilities for Allianz Investment Management and Allianz Reinsurance and in 2015 he was named Deputy Global Head of Asset-Liability Management and Strategic Asset Allocation of the company. Starting in March 2018, he has been the Chief Investment Officer of the Cattolica Group.

Born in Udine in 1962, he graduated cum laude in Economics from the University of Trieste. He joined the Cattolica Group in May 2018 as General Manager of the Technical Area and Operations. From Jenaury 2020 he has the role of Co-General Manager of Cattolica in charge of the Insurance Area. He began his career in 1988 at Generali where he remained until 2017. After a few years abroad, in 1996 he returned to Trieste taking the position of Group Insurance Operations Area Manager, leading the Group’s activity in the United Kingdom, the EEC region and in Asia. From 2002 to 2007 he was the Central Director Responsible for the foreign insurance business of Generali and, from 2007 to 2012, Deputy General Manager, including among his responsibilities also reinsurance. Since 2013 he has been in charge of the core insurance and reinsurance business of Generali becoming part, in 2016, of the Group Management Committee as Group Chief Insurance Officer.

Born in Pontedera in 1967, Marconcini grated in Political Sciences, specialising in Marketing and Communication. He worked as a teacher and university lecturer, before undertaking the role of consultant and Director in the field of Organisation and Human Resources within national and internation companies, holding positions of increasing prestige and responsibility. During his career, he has worked on change management and corporate reorganisation projects, finalising sustainable transformations over time. At Cattolica, since March 2015 to January 2020, he holds the position of Group Organisation and Resources Director. Since January 2020 he has been Deputy General Manager and Chief Operations Officer.

Born in Verbania in 1967, he graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia and completed his studies and the University of Leuven. In 1997 he earned an MBA at the ESSEC of Paris. Dr Cerni began his professional career in the Generali Group in 1992, holding positions of increasing prestige in the subsidiaries Generali France, Generali UK and Generali Italia and, starting in 2003, in the Trieste holding company where, until 2006, he also held the position of Board Director for Generali France, Generali Netherlands, Generali Hellas, Generali Belgium, Generali International, Generali Pan Europea, Generali Sigorta and Maghreb. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2017 he was Director of Non Motor Damages of UnipolSai and Chief Executive Office of Siat. Starting in July 2017m he has been Deputy General Manager and Director of Non Motor Damages of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group He is currently a member of the BoD of R.I.N.A. (Italian Naval Registry).

Director of Marketing and Client Strategy of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group. Former Director of Innovation and Services with Ania reporting to Chairperson Bianca Maria Farina. In March 2014 he became Sales Director in the Wealth Management Area and Head of Marketing and Communication of the Banca Leonardo Group. From 2008 to 2014 he was Business Advisor with Clessidra, where he was Deputy Chairman of the Anima Group until its IPO, and Director of Marketing and Communication at the Buccellati Group. He was Marketing Director of Eurizon Financial Group (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), Marketing and Private Banking Director with Banca Fideuram and Sales and Marketing Director with Eurizon Vita. He was responsible for strategic marketing, commercial development of new products in the “asset management” and “banking” area and development of advanced sales and marketing systems for the entire group. During his time at Eurizon Financial Group, he occupied various important positions, including seats on the boards of directors of Eurizon Tutela and Eurizon Life. He was Marketing and Communication Director of the Mediolanum Group and coordinated the marketing activities of its international subsidiaries. He has successfully managed product/service innovation and integrated multichannel marketing campaigns. He holds a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica di Milano, where was a researcher in the Information Systems Area of the Faculty of Economics and Business.
