Bettina Campedelli

(born on 28 March 1962)

A Tenured Professor of Business Administration at the University of Verona, she is an expert in company governance and control.

As the author of more than 120 publications, ranging from monographs to articles in scientific periodicals and works of popular science on the subjects of accountability, auditing and enterprise control and compliance systems, planning and management control, performance measurement and reporting, international comparative accounting and business history, she combines scientific research with extensive professional experience gained on the boards of directors and boards of statutory auditors of industrial, insurance, banking and financial sector enterprises.

She focuses on issues relating to auditing and performance management, an area in which she has considerable professional experience both at industrial, banking and insurance companies and in the public sector, and in healthcare and universities in particular. She is a chartered accountant and auditor.

Within the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group she is a Director of the Parent Company, Cattolica Assicurazioni, and Vera Vita S.p.A..

She also sits on the boards of directors of Aeffe spa, SIT spa, ICM spa and FVS SGR spa and on the boards of statutory auditors of Calpeda spa and SGL Multiservizi srl.

She is a member of the Borsa Italiana Corporate Governance Committee.
