Members and Shareholders

Holders of Cattolica shares can be divided into Members and Shareholders

A shareholder holds capital-related rights, such as collecting dividends and participating to capital increases; the title of member, on the other end, grants personal rights such as the right to attend General Meetings.  
Each member may hold a maximum stake of 0.5% of the capital if a natural person, 2.5% if a corporation. 

Shareholders’ structure

Holders of ordinary Cattolica shares can be divided into two classes of shareholders: 
- Retail investors (Natural persons, simple companies)
- Institutional investors (Mutual investment funds, pension funds, savings management companies, variable capital investment companies, banks, insurance companies, stockbrokers, other companies and institutes).

Cattolica’s share capital is made up of 174,293,926 shares.
